Attorney Dusyn has over forty-two years experience in patent, trademark and copyright law.  He started his legal career as an attorney with Curtis Morris & Safford, before joining the New York City law firm of Pennie & Edmonds.  Subsequently, he joined Lever Brothers as senior patent counsel, before resuming private practice in 1980. During his thirty-nine years of practice, Attorney Dusyn has counseled diverse clientele on various legal aspects relating to chemical, mechanical and electronic technologies. He has prepared and filed numerous U.S. and foreign patent and trademark applications, handled various intellectual property litigation matters, prepared infringement and validity opinions, and handled contested matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Further, he has negotiated and drafted a number of licensing and technology transfer agreements, joint venture agreements and confidentiality agreements.
